Roll With It Creamery in Provo is Utah's first and only Thai Rolled Ice Cream shop! The idea originated in the streets of Thailand and has famously made it's way to the United States and Provo.

The process begins with a liquid ice cream base and other fresh ingredients. It then undergoes a swift and skillful mixing procedure. When frozen to the perfect temperature, the mixture is then rolled into ice cream and customized with fresh toppings of your choice!
This unique process causes the ice cream to produce smaller ice molecules resulting in a smoother, creamier, and richer finish.
